Registration fees for Dieticians-Nutritionists, Other Specialties, HDA members/ GrESPEN membres include:
o Attendance of the scientific program
o Entrance to the exhibition area
o Congress material (bag, pad, pen)
o Certificate of Attendance
Registration fees for Students, Dieticians-Nutritionists with a valid unemployment card & GrESPEN Junior Members include:
o Attendance of the scientific program
o Entrance to the exhibition area
o Pocket program
o Certificate of Attendance
Participation in LLL courses
Participation fees for registered participants of the congress:
• Participation in 1 LLL course: €30,00
• Participation in 2 LLL courses: €50,00
• Participation in 3 LLL courses: €70,00
Participation fees for NON registered participants of the congress:
• Participation in 1 LLL course: €40,00
• Participation in 2 LLL courses: €70,00
• Participation in 3 LLL courses: €100,00
Participation in Clinical Workshops: €20,00 per workshop
Group registrations (more than 5 persons)
Group registrations at the congress can be made by companies, University Institutes, Pharmaceutical Companies and Travel Agencies. Group registrations should be sent in an excel file containing the names of the persons interested, position, address, registration category, telephone and email
CANCELLATION POLICY
· For registrations cancelled until October 20th 2019, 50% cancellation fee applies
· For registrations cancelled after October 20th 2019, 100% cancellation fee applies.
· Name replacement is free of charge, up to October 20th 2019.
· Name replacements from October 21st 2019 onwards will be charged with €15,00 fee.
· No name replacement is possible after November 30th 2019.
